All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material prices and labor costs can change, so we reserve the right to adjust quotes after this period.

Your quote is an estimate based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. If we discover additional work is needed during installation, we'll discuss any extra costs with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that might interfere with construction. This includes moving furniture, decorations, and personal items from the work zone.

You're also responsible for keeping pets and children away from the construction area for safety reasons.

Warranty Information

Our workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties will be detailed in your contract. Warranties typically don't cover damage from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or lack of proper maintenance.

To keep your warranty valid, you need to follow the maintenance guidelines we provide and use the sunroom as intended.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much work we've already completed or materials we've ordered.

Deposits for custom-ordered materials are typically non-refundable if the materials can't be returned to suppliers.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. However, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages beyond the value of the work performed.

You agree that any claims must be brought within one year of project completion.
