FramePro Clearwater Sunrooms was founded in 2025 right here in Clearwater, FL - a city where outdoor living matters but the Gulf Coast climate makes it complicated. Summers are long, humid, and punctuated by afternoon storms that roll in from the Gulf without much warning. This company was started because homeowners in Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, and across Pinellas County deserve a sunroom contractor who actually knows how to build for those conditions.
Most of the homes we work on were built between the 1960s and 1990s - concrete block structures on slabs, many of them with older screened enclosures that are either past their useful life or simply not comfortable enough to use from May through September. Our work is about turning those underused spaces into rooms that people actually use every day of the year.
We handle every project ourselves - the estimate, the permitting, the build, and the final walkthrough.
